• How the value of a library can be measured beyond simple membership numbers and lending statistics
• How using standardised metrics can open up opportunities for big data analysis, benchmarking and sector insights
• How outcomes data can be used to understand community needs and effectively communicate the full value story of libraries to stakeholders
