Accessing the PLEN Dashboard

The filterable dashboard showcases data collected via your PLEN Survey Templates and is updated quarterly. Please follow the steps to ensure the PLEN Dashboard is up to date.

Step 1: If you haven’t already, create a PowerBI Account
The PLEN Dashboard is built on Microsoft Power BI.

Step 2: Share your evaluation data
This step enables your data to feed into the PLEN Dashboard. We recommend you share your data regularly/as soon as your surveys are completed. Please share your evaluation folder with pla@staging.culturecounts.cc. Follow the quick and easy guide provided in the video below.

  1. Click on the Evaluation Folder you wish to share.
  2. Your evaluation folder and related surveys will load. Click ‘Sharing’.
  3. Type in email address pla@staging.culturecounts.cc and change permission to ‘Can View’ and click ‘Add User’.

Step 3: Download the latest PLEN Dashboard Evaluation file
Complete this form to request the latest version. A Client Manager will receive your request and email you the latest file. The dashboard is updated quarterly.

Step 4: Upload the latest PLEN Dashboard Evaluation File to your Microsoft PowerBI
This step enables you to access the latest version of the dashboard.

  1. Login to your Microsoft Power BI account: https://app.powerbi.com/.
  2. Scroll down to ‘My Workspace’. Click ‘Upload’ and ‘Browse’
  3. Select the latest PowerBI Dashboard File and click ‘Open’
  4. The file will be uploaded to your account

Step 5: Explore the PLEN Dashboard!

Note! It may take up to 5 minutes for the file to be fully uploaded to your account. The upload icon will disappear when it’s ready.

  1. Refresh your browser or click ‘My Workspace’.
  2. Click the Dashboard File with the Type ‘Report’.
  3. You are now ready to explore!
